CLARIFICATION ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. DATA KEEPER

Your personal data is handled by Cihan Storage and Logistics Inc. (“Company”), as the data keeper, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), within the scope described below.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

1. For each project and the related services offered by the company, the necessary work is carried out by our business units and the relevant business processes are carried out in order to benefit the business partners and you,

2. The Company customizes the services offered in each project according to the needs of your business partners and you, suggesting and promoting the offers and planning and executing the activities required for the performance of the contract in different potential contract situations. 3. PARTIES TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Your collected personal data may be transferred by the Company to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and authorized private individuals in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

4. METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL JUSTIFICATION

Your personal data is collected by the Company through various channels and based on different legal justifications. Within the scope of this process, your personal data; your explicit consent is obtained and processed on the basis of legal justifications through the channels of our company and customer workplaces in the physical environment, through our website in the internet environment and e-mail as well as data sharing applications in the mobile environment. Your collected personal data can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this CLARIFICATION ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA document within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

5. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW

As the personal data owner, we declare that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

1. Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,

2. Requesting information related those processes if your personal data has been processed,

3. Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether this data is used in accordance with the purpose,

4. Finding out the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, at home or abroad,

5. Requesting correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, and requesting the company to notify third parties to whom your personal information is transferred to through those processes,

6. Requesting the removal or deletion of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant law provisions, and requesting the notification to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred about the transaction made within this scope,

7. Objecting to an outcome against you after analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

8. Requesting the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the illegal processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above to Cihan Storage and Logistics Inc., which you can reach at www.cihanlojistik.com.tr. You can fill in the Data Owner Application Form and send it to our company. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
